  • Is there a physical store?

  • What differentiates you from other online decoration and lifestyle sales sites?

Tant Mieux is an eco-responsible store where you don't have to scrutinize the small inscriptions on the labels. There is no deception here, no pretense. I emphasize transparency and I have meticulously chosen brands that are ethical and committed.

  • Do you dropship?

Absolutely not ! Everything you see on the site has been carefully chosen and prepared with love. All your packages are sent personally from Brittany.

This also allows quality control of the items offered since everything passes through our hands.

This is also the reason why I don't have much stock because we are responsible for unsold items.

  • How are the brands selected?

I only work with committed and responsible brands. This can be done in different ways by being produced locally, fairly, with organic and/or vegan materials. This list is of course not exhaustive and to find out all the details on how to select the nuggets, go here

  • Do you have your own eco-responsible brand and would you like us to work together?

ORDER

  • Do I have to create a customer account?

No obligation here 😊 However, having an account will allow you to find your order more easily and receive the latest information. We promise, no spam, you will only receive emails very occasionally!

  • Can I cancel/change my order?

If you would like a change or cancellation and the order has not yet been shipped, contact me as soon as possible by email via bonjour@tantmieux.boutique

On the other hand, if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately I can no longer modify/cancel it.

  • I have a special request, how can I send it to you?

Do you want gift wrapping or to send a message? Write me your request in the “comments” section of your order or send me your request as quickly as possible by email via bonjour@tantmieux.boutique

PACKAGING

  • How do you reduce the impact of your packaging?

Here is what we have put in place for the moment to reduce our impact:

  • All boxes are made from recycled or “second hand” kraft: reuse of boxes from our suppliers and those intended for the trash bin of our local Biocoop
  • Printing on recycled paper for all our stationery (labels, stickers, etc.)
  • No documents in the packages, invoices are sent to you by email
  • No cushioning paper if non-fragile items. If wedging, we use recycled kraft
  • No plastic and our tape is made of paper 
  • Do you include samples in your packages?

At the risk of disappointing you, you find nothing in your package other than what you ordered. Even the invoice will be sent to you by email, in order to reduce waste as much as possible.

  • Is it possible to have gift wrapping?
Yes of course! Mention it in the comments when ordering and your item will be packaged in 100% recycled paper!

DELIVERY

  • Which country can I be delivered to?

You can have it delivered to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Italy.

If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us and we will see how we can help you.

  • What are the delivery methods?

Delivery is mainly done by Mondial Relay . Relay points are more economical but also more ecological.

Delivery to a relay point is at a single rate of €4.90 for France and Belgium. It is free from 49€ of purchase

For other delivery methods, shipping costs vary depending on weight & country

Packages are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. and the next day for an order placed after 2:00 p.m. If the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the first business day.

Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days via Colissimo and 5 working days via Mondial Relay. These are of course indicative deadlines which are beyond our control.

  • Can I get free delivery?

Shipping costs are free at relay points in France and Belgium from 49€ of purchase.

Home delivery is free and carried out by me from 25€ of purchases for orders to be delivered to Lorient (56100) and its immediate surroundings in the following postal codes: 56530 Quéven/Gestel, 56850 Caudan, 56620 Pont -Scorff, 56520 Guidel, 56270 Ploemeur, 56260 Larmor-Plage, 56600 Lanester, 56700 Hennebont

  • How do I choose my relay point?

After making the payment, you can choose the relay point that meets your needs.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You can then go directly to the website of the selected service provider (La Poste or Mondial Relay) to follow it step by step and get an estimated delivery date.

  • My package is open/damaged, what should I do?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package explaining your problem, with your order number and photos to see what we can do.

PAYMENT

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: payment by credit card (Carte Bancaire, VISA, Master Card), Paypal.

  • Is the payment secured ?

Absolutely, the security of your credit card payment is guaranteed. We use Shopify Payments to help protect your online and mobile transactions. Your banking information is encrypted and no banking data (card number, expiration date, etc.) is shared with Tant Mieux.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Can I cancel/change my order?

If you would like a change or cancellation and the order has not yet been shipped, contact me as soon as possible by email at bonjour@tantmieux.boutique

  • Can I request an exchange or get a refund?

It is imperative to make your request within 14 days of receipt of your order.

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following products: underwear, swimwear, earrings and socks.

Promotional items can be refunded, but exchanges are not possible, as we cannot guarantee a sufficient quantity in stock.

  • How to make a return?

Return costs are your responsibility.

If you wish to make an exchange or refund, send us an email with your request and we will send you the return form which you will need to print and then place in the package.

Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and properly protected. They must be in perfect condition for resale, without any trace of use, and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. Any product returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled, even partially, will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • How am I reimbursed?

Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded within 10 days via the same payment method used for the order.
